1. Who the hell uses EVE-Gate? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
I use it on average about once a month to quickly check eve-mails when I don't have my laptop with me. I'm sure it was totally worth the 5000 man hours. Lag is a small price to pay to be able to access my in-game mails once a month.

Instead of re-typing my last response to a person who thinks "the game is working fine", here is a copy of my last post: I bought this new car, the engine might be broken (0.0) and the back seats are smeared with something pretty smelly (lowsec)...
